In the Upholstery Shop leather covers are put onto the frames and soft foam-rubber components of furniture models.
A specific innovation in all FALKE Möbel models is a layer of synthepon that is put on foam-rubber parts for additional fuzziness.
All workspaces are under extraction ventilation. Soft furniture is upholstered by hand using BEZ pneumatic tools. Leather covers are stapled; the size of the staples used depends on the type of the upholstery material and model frame.
Approximately 13-15 furniture sets are manufactured each day.
