Examples of FALKE Möbel design and construction solutions:
• All sofa models are designed as transformable due to a high demand in Russia. This, of course, does not mean that FALKE Möbel cannot manufacture non-transformable sofas. On the contrary! Everything depends on the requirements of the customer.
• In the sub-mattress part of transformation mechanisms both stretched veneer and tarpaulin are used.
• Seats are made of high-strength load-resistant cast Comfort Bultex foam-rubber or high quality multi-ply foam-rubber reinforced with a spring block.
• Foam-rubber cushions are dressed in special smooth Tricover fabric to speed up the process and quality of upholstering.
• Seat cushions in all transformable sofas have removable covers, which allows to replace the foam-rubber in the seat and makes maintenance easy.
• Some models have extendible frames. Three models, having corner parts, can be manufactured in any configuration with one or two corners.
• FALKE Möbel furniture factory has developed a brand method of buttoning the upholstery on the prestigious Chester model, the most labour-consuming part in manufacturing this model. This method, making buttoning twice faster, has been offered to the Belgium company Gedelux, the holder of rights for manufacturing the Chester model and partner to FALKE Möbel.
The range of FALKE Möbel models is constantly updated. Old-fashioned models are replaced by new ones with modern design in line with the world’s furniture fashion trends. Only high quality is permanent, just as the search for solutions to make FALKE Möbel furniture more comfortable and cosy in use.
